As a team, discuss a good goal for the month that is achievable yet challenging. This should be a stretch compared to your normal KPIs.
Make this goal your team's north star for the month and rally around how fun it can be to perform at an elite level.
Get it done! Since this is a month long activity, make sure to check in with each other to see how things are going. The point here is striving for greatness; it's ok if things don't pan out perfectly.
