After many years developing a creative solution for our users, our recent rebrand called us to revisit and solidify our brand foundation and values.

Learn

Growth is a continuous cycle of learning and adapting. It is our mission to give you these tools. Tools grounded in data, the useful kind - the kind that doesn’t leave you in analysis paralysis. Our data is a stepping stone for you to grow - your team and as a manager.

However, learning for us isn’t just about the data. It’s about feedback. It’s about doing more of the things that provide results, and x-ing the things that don’t.

To learn is to understand. To engage is to be involved in the solution. They always say it takes two to tango. In our case, it takes a village. The village is you and your team - and without all of these pieces working in harmony, the ecosystem breaks down.

Engage your team with meaningful actions. Now that you know where opportunities lie - we help you seize them, with just the right actions, in just the right timing. That’s what makes engagement meaningful for us. It’s not about throwing out crap and seeing what sticks to the wall, because meaningful engagement comes from empathizing with what you’ve learned.

Everything is a cycle. For us, the “O” in optimize sums up the journey in the best possible way. The catch, is that the journey is a continuous cycle. We aren’t going to pitch to you the idea that there is always one ultimate goal, because once you think you get close to it, the next path illuminates.

Part of optimizing your path is about being dynamic. Change is good. While you’re on this endless cycle of learning and engaging, you gather tools to make the process better, and let’s be honest - if that’s not what you’re here for, then get off the ride. Your journey with us ends here. But, if you’re ready to hang on, and really embrace the cycle with everything you’ve got - we promise the peaks you gain will ensure that every time you bounce, you bounce back even harder.

The most straight forward part of the framework. Because why F*cking wait for ANYTHING? The time is always NOW. It’s never too late. Get off your ass. Take the steps. Do the work. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.

Human

to LEON, Human means that we have a great degree of empathy for people in the 9-5 grind. People are more than just their job title and we know that. Being human means we understand that your life has as many facets and shades as your personality - and part of loving your job and your life, is feeling like someone is listening to what you need, and helping you get it when you’re not.

We’re like your cool “older brother”, which means we will never feed you bullsh*t. We don’t sugar coat things when they’re bad, and celebrate your wins with you when things are great.

We’re your biggest advocate, and being human means we embrace you and who you are - and we’ve always got your back.

Empower

to LEON, Empower means helping you take control - of how you think, how you feel, and what you want.  We put you in the drivers seat - we just help carve a path.  Empowering you isn’t setting an unrealistic standard of perfection; that you should ALWAYS feel good or ALWAYS be giving 110%. Thats not real - and thats not human.

Empowering you sometimes means encouraging you to slow down, or when waters are calm, showing you your opportunities to grow.

Empowering you is breaking unhealthy habits and helping you create new ones. Life will inevitably throw you curve-balls… and when it does, your job should work WITH you, not against you.

Radical

to LEON, Radical means doing things differently; breaking the mould that has convinced us our jobs should be a burden. That life and work don't blend together. That when you go to work, you leave your real-self at the door.
We know that’s not what makes great companies.

Great companies are made of unique and healthy people that are encouraged to bring the spark of what makes them different to the conversation. Because, let’s face it - robots are for assembly lines.

Radical means saying what we want to say, without the bullsh*t filter. We’re not afraid to have an opinion. We would rather stake a claim than straddle a line of indifference. We’ve got skin in the game, and if we aren’t making a difference for you, it hurts us both.

Radical means radical thought - challenging the status quo, and pushing for change that benefits the individual, and in turn, supports the whole.
We’re not afraid to be different.

At LEON, we’re taking the mask off. It never helped anyone anyways.
