Why? Because like Mark Twain said: "whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect."
We’ve paused. We’ve reflected.
The conclusion?
When it comes to protecting sales team well-being, the majority is f*ucking wrong.
Employee engagement platforms are broken.
Human Resources is really good at keeping employees from acting like assholes to one another. But, less so at making sure they’re staying healthy and happy.
And for the most part, sales managers are decent at reading Salesforce charts but piss poor when it comes to the human aspect of coaching reps.
So why bring up the Mark Twain?
Because all of this pausing and reflecting led to one damn obvious conclusion.
Over the next few months, you're going to see a massive push on LEON's end to increase our integration capabilities (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and some key partnership announcements to support reps even more - one of which you can read about here.
So in closing, we love you HR, but this ain't for you.
LEON is for the front-line sales managers that want to stop f*cking looking at employees like “capital” and “resources” and instead see them for what they are: humans.
Humans that are wildly unique with their own set of needs and personalities and problems. Humans that require a tailored way of achieving the very thing all of us are after… a healthier and happier existence.
In other words, we’re super-powering managers.
